Standard U.S. Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped by either USPS first class or priority mail, UPS or Fed Ex ground services depending on order size and final destination.
We reserve the right to select the method we wish to use. Most items will arrive in 2-7 days from shipment date, depending on service selected. We make every effort to ship each order the same day it is received. Occasionally due to back orders and other matters beyond our control, orders can be delayed as much as 2-3 days at best, on vary rare occasions your order may be delayed longer, in which case we will notify you by email.
If you have special requirements please note them in the comments section of the order form. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests.
Shipping To APO, AE, AA And FP Addresses
We gladly and proudly accept orders from our overseas military and civilian personnel. Simply choose correct designation in shipping choices at checkout . Fill in your complete billing information and complete APO address. Your order will be shipped via USPS priority mail. We will attach any necessary customs forms.
International Shipping
Most international shipments are made by Global International mail. Delivery time via International Priority mail is usually 4-6 days. Countries that are not served by this method are shipped by airmail parcel post with an expected delivery of 6-10 days. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns
In order to expedite your exchange, refund, repair, or service... please follow these instructions:
You must have an Return Material Authorization number (RMA)
No item can be returned without an RMA. No exceptions.

Return items will only be accepted for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. You must enclose a copy of your original receipt for refund or exchange. We will not accept items for return purchased from anywhere but OlensTechnology.com. However, we will repair and service all Olens Technology products regardless of where they were purchased.
- Returns for refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Clearly mark the outside of your box with your RMA number.
- For returns &/or exchanges you must include a copy of your original invoice or sales receipt
- Please CLEARLY identify the reason for the return and what you would like us to do
- Please pack your item carefully in the box and packing material that it came in
- Enclose your contact phone number and a clear, legible return address
- We will process your request the same day it arrives and return it to you immediately
- Any refund due will be processed the same day it arrives and you will be mailed a copy
