FREE FedEx 2Day Shipping
All domestic orders over $100 receive FREE FedEx 2Day shipping. Orders placed before 3 PM EST will be processed next day for 2 day delivery (excludes Holidays and Weekends). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped Monday for delivery Wednesday.  Custom Orders may need an additional 1-2 days to produce.

Standard Shipping
All domestic orders under $100 are shipped by either USPS first class or priority mail, UPS or FedEx depending on order size and final destination. Most items will arrive in 3-7 days from shipment date, depending on service selected. We make every effort to ship each order the same day it is received, but Custom Orders may need an additional 1-2 days to produce. Occasionally due to back orders and other matters beyond our control, orders can be delayed as much as 3-4 days at most, and on vary rare occasions your order may be delayed longer, in which case we will notify you by email.

If you have special requirements please note them in the comments section of the order form. We will make every effort to accommodate these special requests.

Shipping To APO, AE, AA And FP Addresses
We gladly and proudly accept orders from our overseas military and civilian personnel. Simply choose correct designation in shipping choices at checkout . Fill in your complete billing information and complete APO address. Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex. We will attach any necessary customs forms.

International Shipping Policy
Most international shipments are made by Fed Ex. Delivery time via Fed Ex is usually 4-6 days. Countries that are not served by this method are shipped by airmail parcel post with an expected delivery of 6-10 days. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.*  Custom orders are non-returnable, but if it is functionally defective in any way, we will replace it free of charge.

Return items will only be accepted for a period of 30 days from date of invoice. Please enclose a copy of your original receipt. We can only accept items for return that were purchased directly from olenstechnology.com. However, we will repair and service all Olens Technology products regardless of where they were purchased.

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS THAT ARE NEW, UNOPENED, UNUSED AND IN RE-SELLABLE CONDITION. IF YOU RETURN A PRODUCT AND IT WAS CLEARLY USED, YOU WILL NOT GET A FULL REFUND. CONTACT US AT info@olenstechnology.com FIRST BEFORE RETURNING THE ITEM IF THIS IS THE CASE.

We make returns easy: Simply return your order within 30 Days from Purchase Date.

– We’ll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Please circle or write the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or on this paper. IF A COPY OF THE INVOICE, PACKING SLIP, OR ORDER NUMBER IS NOT INCLUDED, WE CANNOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE.
– Please write a reason for the return.
– Items that are Custom or marked “Special Order”, “Final Sale” or “Closeout” are non-returnable.
– All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
– We can only accept returns that include all parts of the original purchase, including original packaging, all accessories, cables, etc.

*If a promotional item is included with your purchase, the promotional item must be returned along with the purchased item in order to receive a full refund. If not, the value of the promotional item would be deducted before calculating the refund amount.

WARRANTY CLAIMS, North America

Your new Olens Technology product has a 90 Day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.* Warranty claims should be placed by emailing us at info@olenstechnology.com.

After receipt of the returned product, Olens Technology will repair or replace, at our discretion, any* Olens Technology product that proves to be defective. Olens Technology makes no other warranty either expressed or implied in regard to this product.

Customers residing within the continental USA returning products for warranty support within 30 days of purchase will receive free shipping to and from Olens Technology. Customers residing in outlying USA territories and countries other than America will be asked to pay for return shipping. After 30 days all customers are asked to pay shipping to the Olens Technology warranty repair center and Ölens Technology will pay for the return shipping.

In no event shall Olens Technology be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of any/all of Ölens Technology’s products. Any damage to the product(s) resulting from misuse will void the warranty.

*Projector lamp warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase, exchange only for factory defects, not to exceed one exchange for every 1-4 lamps purchased. Fuses are not covered by warranty.

REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE POLICY (Extended Warranty)

The purchase of the Replacement Guarantee entitles the original purchaser (customer) to replace up to 2 (two) damaged Rennys within a 2 (two)-year period from the original date of the device purchase. The Replacement Guarantee does NOT cover lost or stolen devices. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning a defective or damaged device to Ölens Technology. To initiate an exchange using the Replacement Guarantee, call 805-489-3636 or email info@olenstechnology.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions. Replacement Guarantee exchanges for devices bought from a reseller must include the original purchase receipt that clearly shows the date of purchase for the device. A Customer Support Representative will contact you to gather payment information for the shipping and handling charges associated with the new replacement unit. The shipping and handling costs are quoted at market shipping rates and are non-negotiable. Method of payment for shipping and handling charges include VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. Refusal to pay the shipping and handling charges will result in a cancellation of the Replacement Guarantee Agreement until all outstanding payments have been received. Once payment for the shipping and handling charges is received, Ölens Technology will release shipment of a new replacement unit to the customer. Lamps and fuses are excluded from the Replacement Guarantee Policy.

Replacement Guarantee Terms and Conditions:

The Customer bears the cost of sending the defective unit(s) to Ölens Technology.
The Customer is responsible for all customs charges, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, and any other fees associated with new replacement unit shipments.
Olens Technology is not responsible for lost or damaged replacement shipments from the customer or to the customer. Claims are to be submitted to the carrier.
Olens Technology recommends that all Replacement Guarantee devices are tracked and insured as part of the shipment.
Olens Technology processes all Replacement Guarantee devices upon product availability.

FACTORY REFURBISHED PRODUCTS

In general, factory refurbished products are products that wouldn’t otherwise be sold as new, for a variety of reasons. They may have been used in field tests, used in sales displays at trade shows, or returned by a customer.

All factory refurbished products have been cleaned, quality checked and tested. Factory refurbished products are certified at the factory as fully operational, and come with a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
