NEVER MISS A CALL – Renny JR rings very loudly and flashes a bright white light for incoming calls to your Bluetooth-enabled phone (cell, VoIP, and some landline models). It has 5 loud ringtone options and 2 operating modes. Even if your phone is on silent, vibrate, or in another room, Renny makes sure you never miss a call. (Note: Renny is not a speakerphone and does not have a built-in microphone, protecting your privacy.)
LOUD RINGTONES & TALKING CALLER ID – Choose from 5 loud, classic-style ringtones designed to accommodate various types of hearing loss. Volume is adjustable, and you can enable Talking Caller ID to announce incoming phone numbers instead of using a ringtone. (Caller ID feature works with cell phones only.)
AUTOMATIC BLUETOOTH CONNECTION / WHOLE-HOME COVERAGE – Renny JR auto-connects via Bluetooth to one phone (up to 150 feet away) with no Wi-Fi, internet, or app required. Set it up once and it works continuously. You can only pair 1 phone to the same Renny. You can pair 2 Rennys to the same phone for coverage in multiple rooms. (Some flip and landline phones may only connect to one Renny.)
TWO MODES: RING & MUSIC – In RING Mode, Renny JR loudly alerts you to calls while all other phone sounds stay on your device. In MUSIC Mode, all audio (calls, texts, music, videos) plays through Renny, though it's not ideal for music streaming. Most users prefer RING Mode for its maximum volume and functionality. (Note: Renny has no internal battery and must stay plugged into a wall outlet.)
5-YEAR WARRANTY BY U.S.-BASED COMPANY– Olens Technology is a Dallas, TX company offering reliable U.S. customer support by phone and email. FAQs
Renny is a loud wireless cell phone ringer and bright LED flasher that helps you stop missing incoming calls. It connects to your phone using Bluetooth and automatically reconnects when you return home.
Choose from five built-in ringtones, turn on Talking Caller ID, or use MUSIC Mode to hear text, email, and app notifications through Renny.
No—and that is intentional. Renny does not have a microphone and is never listening to your conversations.
When Renny alerts you to an incoming call, simply answer your phone the same way you do now. Renny is designed to do one job exceptionally well: make your incoming calls much harder to miss.
No Wi-Fi, app, account or monthly fee is required. Renny has no battery; it plugs into a standard outlet and stays on, so there is nothing to charge. It connects directly to your phone by Bluetooth.
RING Mode: Renny plays one of five built-in ringtones when a call comes in. Text, email, app notifications, and other phone sounds continue playing through your phone.
MUSIC Mode: Incoming calls, texts, emails, app notifications, and other phone sounds play through Renny.
In either mode, the bright LED flashes for incoming calls only. It does not flash for texts, emails, or app notifications.
Talking Caller ID can be turned on or off in either mode. When activated, Renny announces the incoming phone number instead of playing a built-in ringtone. It announces the number only, not the caller’s saved name.
Note: Renny is designed to remain in one mode after the initial setup and pairing. Switching between RING Mode and MUSIC Mode requires a brief reset and reconnection.
Talking Caller ID can be turned on or off in either operating mode. Press and Hold the Music Note button for 3 seconds to turn it On/Off.
When it is turned on, Renny announces the incoming phone number instead of playing the selected built-in ringtone. It announces the number only, not the caller’s saved name.
Each Renny connects to one phone at a time.
You can, however, connect two Rennys to the same phone. This is helpful in larger or multi-level homes where you may want one Renny in different areas.
Each Renny connects directly to the phone, not to the other Renny. The phone must remain within Bluetooth range of both devices.
Yes. After the initial pairing, Renny is designed to automatically reconnect whenever your phone returns within range.
You can leave home for the day—or even for a long weekend—and Renny should reconnect when you return without requiring you to pair it again.
Renny works with iPhones, Android phones, Jitterbug smartphones, and many newer Bluetooth-enabled flip phones.
Compatibility can vary with older flip phones and individual phone models, so confirm that the phone supports a Bluetooth audio connection before purchasing.
